Reservations
must be made in advance. Payment is due in full 30 days before your
scheduled arrival, and a $200.00 deposit is required at the time of making
reservations to hold. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance
must pay at the time of making reservations.

Cancellation
policy: Reservations must be cancelled 30 days in advance of your
scheduled arrival date to receive a refund, unless we can rebook the
house.
